Chef Asela's Indian Kitchen is a California home-based food business dedicated to preparing fresh, authentic Indian and Sri Lankan cuisine using quality ingredients.

2. Ordering

• Orders are subject to product availability.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Menu items may occasionally vary depending on ingredient availability.

3. Payment

We accept secure online payments through approved payment processors including Stripe and other authorized payment methods.

Payment is required before food preparation unless otherwise agreed.

4. Pickup & Delivery

Customers are responsible for arriving during their selected pickup time.

If delivery is offered:

5. Food Allergies

Our kitchen prepares foods containing:

7. Refund Policy

A deposit may be required for catering services.

Final guest counts should be provided at least 72 hours before the event.

Special cancellation terms may apply for catering.

10. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by California law.
